30 years of delivering healthy and lasting smiles, we'd like to share words from our loyal staff...

Not very many people can say that they love their jobs and enjoy going to work! I can honestly say that even after eight years, I love my job and enjoy going to work. My job is very rewarding and I really enjoy the people that I work with. I had an elderly gentleman say that he learned more from me in the 5 minutes that he spent with me than he did in the 45 minute conversation that he had with the insurance company. It feels good when you are able to help people understand their insurance a little better. The employees get along well and we seem to be here for one another, whether it’s helping each other out here in the office to stay on task or getting together after-hours for anything from baby and wedding showers to fundraisers to funerals. From the moment I landed on the doorstep of MFDA I knew it was a special place. The people here are the best I have ever had the opportunity to work with and that’s saying a lot. I am grateful to Dr. Julian for taking time out of her busy schedule to clean my son's teeth. We were late for our appointment and the hygenist could only clean one child's teeth. Dr. Julian took my other son to another room and cleaned his teeth herself. I was just happy that I would not have to make another trip to have his teeth cleaned. I think she understands how difficult it is to get two 5 year old boys dressed and out of the house on time. I really appreciate this kind, sweet gesture by Dr. Julian. She is the best.
