About Dr. Veerman • Graduate of University of Iowa Dental School • Practicing with Madison Family Dental since 1987 • Certified Invisalign provider • Serves on the board of the American Dental Plan • Provides free dental care to children and adults through “Donated Dental Services” and “Give Kids a Smile” program. Professional Memberships: • American Dental Association • Wisconsin Dental Association • Dane County Dental Association • Academy of Dental Group Leadership Personal Interests: Dr. Veerman and her husband, also a dentist, live in Middleton with their two children. Their daughter is a swimmer for the University of Minnesota and their son is a student at Middleton High School participating in football and golf. Dr. Veerman is active in her church and serves on the board of the Badger Aquatics Club. She enjoys traveling with her family, running, biking and quilting. In addition she is a certified swim official and volunteers her time officiating at swim meets in the area.
About Dr. Christine A. Julian • Graduate of University of Iowa College of Dentistry • Practicing with Madison Family Dental Associates since 2005 • Certified Invisalign Provider Professional Memberships: • American Dental Association • Wisconsin Dental Association • Dane County Dental Association Dr. Julian-Hoernke met her husband, also a Middleton graduate, while in dental school. In the fall of 2008, they welcomed their first child. In her free time she enjoys going for walks, gardening, playing with their two dogs, and spending time with family and friends. Although, free time seems to be a little less since their newest addition!
About Dr. Ellyn English • Graduate of University of Minnesota School of Dentistry • U.S. Air Force General Practice Residency at Bolling A.F.B. in Washington D.C. • Graduate of University of Iowa – Master’s in Periodontology • Practicing Periodontology with Madison Family Dental since 1994 • Participates in the Donated Dental Services program Professional Memberships: • American Academy of Periodontology • American Dental Association • American College of Dentists • Midwest Society of Periodontology • Seattle Study Club of Madison Personal Interests: Dr. English was born and raised in Arcadia, Wisconsin, where her father and grandfather practiced dentistry. She is a member of the WI Army National Guards and did a tour of Active Duty in 2004 to support Operation Iraqi Freedom. She served as Commander of the WI MEDD COMMAND from January, 2006 to May, 2008. She and her husband, Brad, enjoy outdoor sports and traveling together.

They both enjoy their high-energy border collie (yes, he has very nice sharp teeth). Dr. Challenger and his wife are parishioners at St. James Catholic Church and support many local charities.

She spends time volunteering with her church and is busy with kids activities such as swim and gymnastics. She enjoys running and spending time at their Castle Rock Lake condominium. Her husband is the Human Resource Director for the City of Madison.

He spent two years in the U.S. Army stationed at Fort Sheridan, IL. He has two children, Tracy and Randy, and five grandchildren. Dr. Yarnell loves to be outside and participates in many activities: cross-country and downhill skiing, canoeing, kayaking, backpacking, biking, roller blading, roller skiing, fly fishing, and wilderness camping.
